There are many cruise ships that visit the Netherlands. There are long-distance international ferries to England, and short-distance ferries across to parts of Germany and Belgium. Many ferries ply the inland waters of the Netherlands. Please click one of the links below.

Public transport:

Veerbootinfo.nl is a website giving information on, e.g., individual vessels, of the larger ferry companies that operate between Mainland Netherlands and the Frisian Islands or England. A small number of ferries accept the OV-chipkaart (see the payment on domestic public transport page).
